The staff was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked into the hotel. The hotel is rich in history and the rooms are very spacious especially on the 5th floor. The breakfast buffet has everything under the sun and always well stocked. The warm bathroom floor is sublime.
