"We've stayed here twice and really like the location- close to Times Square, Central Park, the Moma, and Rockefeller Center. The lobby was under construction this stay, which was a little chaotic, but I'm looking forward to the final results because it was already a really nice lobby. If you can, request to stay on floors 21-28- they have their own hallway of elevators in the lobby that are a lot less crowded than the main elevators, which can take 20 minutes if a large group just checked in....
