"I had a short experience at this hotel. Tragically I was diverted from SJO to LIR due to bad weather. But this hotel was there with open arms to shelter me from the rain and feed me a nice wholesome breakfast with amazing fresh juices! "Very nice resort. Staff was very friendly, the grounds are clean, easy parking and the pools are great. We loved the rooms with the hammock. The things we weren't crazy about was we didnt realize the beach wasnt part of the resort and its public meaning locals can use the lounge chairs provided by the hotel and you cant sit there without being harassed by people trying to get you to buy a service (massages, boat tours etc). The other thing is I wish they offered some kind of resort entertainment...
