"We took our 4 teenagers to Costa Rica for Christmas. Casa Napoleon was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities we needed. The home is located inside of a gated community with 24 hour security and a guard shack which made us feel safe and at ease. The beach club access was an awesome perk - food and drinks were great, as was the beach. Our concierge was wonderful and went above and beyond, even assisting with retuning a cell phone we left in an Uber! Through Zindis, we hired a chef for our first and last night and it 1000% made our stay here perfect! Chef to Go and staff were incredible! My kids raved about the food and I am still thinking about it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Lastly, Coco is a great place to stay and serves as an excellent “base camp” with access to many different types of “adventure” within an hour or two of here, yet you get to enjoy the more predictable and warm, sunny weather of Guanacaste. We saw monkeys in the trees just outside the back door on our last day there, and you truly cannot beat the view!! We can’t wait to visit Costa Rica again! Pura Vida! "

"This was one of our favorite trips ever. The treehouse suites are magical and truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff was amazing—I can't say enough about how well we were treated. The food and drinks were of top-notch quality. The views from the suites were wonderful to wake up to and fall asleep to. I could have stayed another month!"

"Beautiful home, perfect for our family of 8, 7 adults, 1 child. 5 bedrooms worked great for all. Common spaces were spacious. Pool table was quality, ping pong table warped. Some wear and tear to furnishings, as is to be expected in the tropics and from a rental house. Endless seating options, inside and out. Pool was the best ever. Unique shape and design. Not heated, but certainly the perfect temperature. The suggestion that a AWD vehicle is recommended should be taken to heart. We live on a steep hill, but this one was even steeper! I suppose a front wheel drive car could make it up there, but a SUV certainly was nice to have. Kitchen had many cooking and serveware options. A/C in the bedrooms was great. All in all, one of the best homes we have rented for our family of 8."

"The townhouse was as described, well equiped and close to all the action with out being in it. The staff was amazing, helpful, booking tours, transportation, and logistics. The chef service was a great add at reasonable price with great food and service."

"Close to pool. A walk to thru property gate were three nice restaurants, a nice gym and grocery store across street. They were very accomdating when we had issues. I would stay again. "

"This house is an absolute steal for the price. It has an amazing view. We had three kids with our group and they were in the pool every day that we got back from the beach or other activities. The house was also well stocked with cooking supplies. Check in process was extremely easy and the communication with the hosts was also very easy and they were quick to respond to all of our questions. Will recommend and stay here again in the future."

I communicated with both Damien (house manager) and Bryan (concierge) and they both went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. 10/10 would definitely recommend. "
