"Property has amazing views!!! Communication with property rental company was superb!!! Concierge's was extremely helpful in setting up groceries, transportation and excursions. The house: You could not ask for a better view. Beds are extremely comfortable and house was very clean. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this property. Would book this property again, and again. "

"Fabulous stay in Pacifico. Unit is perfectly situated near the main pool complex and the pool bar. The unit itself was clean and spacious. The separate Pacifico Beach Club on the water is a huge plus with separate pools, beach and great restaurant. We had a car, which we needed for excursions, but not if you are just staying in Coco, as nearly everything is walkable.Communication with the property manager was good, especially when the safe wasn't operable when we first checked in, and they were very attentive to fix it. But it amazes me when a property manager doesn't take the time to leave any welcome information. I've stayed in the area before (not Coco or Pacifico), but anyone new to the area may have a challenging time finding restaurants, grocery stores, etc.The listing is slightly misleading saying there is no "fee" but a minimum spend for the Beach Club. There is a 35/person fee to use the beach club, of which 25/person is credited to a food tab. Still, the net 10/person fee you pay is well worth it for use of the lounge chairs, which cost more at other beaches."

"The hotel’s serene and picturesque surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and memorable getaway with our kids. The tree top suite concept is so unique. They were beautifully designed, spacious, and clean. Waking up to the sounds of nature and breathtaking 360 degree views of the lush Costa Rican landscape was a highlight of each day. It was extremely quiet and private, (there are only 7 rooms?) which we loved. The only sounds we would hear were from the surrounding birds and monkeys. The hotel is located in the middle of the mountains, for those looking to immerse themselves in Costa Rica’s natural beauty. For us, we had planned a few excursions that allowed us to see more of Costa Rica’s beauty. I would recommend either booking excursions or renting a vehicle, as it is about a 15 minute drive to the closest town of Sardinal. One of the standout features of Suitree Hotel is its incredible customer service. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. They were knowledgeable about the local area and were always happy to share recommendations and information that would make our experience better. We would like to thank Johnny, Grace, Brandon and Paolo for their superb service that really made the trip amazing! The hotel’s restaurant served delicious and fresh meals that are locally sourced. All the drinks were fantastic as well. "

"This place was really nice, pretty much just like the pictures show it. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It had all the utensils you'd want. The big beds were all firm, comfortable matresses. And of course the view is beautiful, especially from the upper levels of the home.The host was very responsive to communication/questions and we had one minor issue that the handyman Roger addressed very quickly.The last 1KM to the property is maybe 50% dirt/gravel road, with significant potholes. The driveway is steep to get up to the property, but that part is paved. We had a midsize SUV and had no problem. Not sure how a small car would've fared, but it could've made it I think. We came at the end of the dry season.There are some neighboring properties, but the owners are friendly. They had some dogs, but we barely heard them bark - they were super friendly.Overall 100% satisfied and would definitely stay there again!"

"We had an amazing trip!! Norma is the absolute best and every meal she made was so good. We used the golf carts to get to town and the beach club and we used the transportation arranged by Katya to explore further. The catamaran and river tour are an absolute must. I’m already planning my trip back! "

"The apartment was exactly as listed. The only potential negative is that there is no elevator, so you have to climb 40 stairs from the parking garage to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and housekeeping came in weekly to refresh at no additional cost to us. The unit is perched on a hill about 300 meters from the 4 pools. Rather than having to walk back in the heat of the day, we opted to drive to the pools. There is plenty of parking close by. There are rental golf carts in the town area available which may be a less expensive option than renting a car if you plan to limit your stay to the immediate area. The Coco beach area is very nice, though we largely opted to drive to a number of other local beaches. The owner was very attentive to any and all of our communications. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends and family. The only negative is that the internet in Costa Rica is a bit unreliable."
