"We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The accomodations were very nice. The pool was fantastic. Antonio was tremendous. The location felt very private. Outside of the owners there were no neighbors. We did get to see the howler monkeys one morning from the patio. It is about 25 minutes from Tamarindo, which I was good with, as we were out of the hustle and bustle but coyld get there quickly. We loved having the pool right out the front door, and the gated community was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. There are dozens of restaurants (and shopping) within a 10-15 minute walk, and we enjoyed watching the monkeys in the trees during our walks to the beach (about 15 minutes). "The pictures of this property are accurate. The location and facilities really hit the sweet spot. The property is across the street from a comparatively unpopulated beach and there is an easy access path. It's not far to get to the really populated Tamarindo beach when that is what you want. At the middle of the day when you want to get out of the sun and take a break the private pool and courtyard are heaven on earth.
