Izabel was so friendly, such a great cook and it was such a wonderful feeling to come back to a clean house every day. Ask her to make a traditional Costa Rican breakfast, one of our favorite meals when we were there!"

"I really enjoyed the uniqueness of this boutique hotel your in our own tropical oasis the rooms are clean just make sure you have robes and blow dryers in room and that your safe works .. food was delicious service with a smile they also help with transportation tours and book a massage. She was amazing. Walking distance to the beach must do a horseback riding and watch the sunsets gorgeous "

"The resort was beautiful, very jungle/tropical and secluded. The condo was very nice, ground floor unit with an amazing patio overlooking the golf course and ocean. There were zero condiments, spices left over from over renters like most VRBOs - so you have to bring everything. The kitchen was well equipped including coffeemaker, kettle, blender, pots and pans. The beds were firm and the bathrooms were dated but overall the condo was clean and beautiful.The arrival information from the property management was very poor. We had to find staff to figure out what was included. The beach club was very nice although lots of young children (so noisy at times).We were supposed to have access to the fitness center. This was an important consideration in our rental search, and we eliminated any property without a gym. For over a week we reached out to the property management to get the access card which apparently was lost by a previous renter. They took days to respond with "we are working on it" and the stopped responding at all and we never got access. I would avoid Vacas due to poor customer service. I think the listing should be updated - the fitness center, shuttles, programs were non existent (or if they exists there was no information provided).We would return to this property but would look to rent from another property management company."

"Hotel Nany was very nice for our several nights we spent in the Conchal Beach area. Property is a few years old but very well maintained. Our room wasn't swank but, was clean and efficient. Staff were all very nice and made us feel at home. The hotel restaurant was very good too. JJ was our server and was very personable and gave us some good recommendations for the area.Walking distance to Conchal Beach and, just a short drive to Flamingo Beach. There's a supermarket very conveniently located just out front too. Allison helped us at check-in and check-out was was very helpful."

"Beautiful home, excellent location, excellent communication, super clean, showers and bathrooms were great, same as beds. Love that there is a shower outside by the pool and that you can access a bathroom from outside. I came with family, it was 8 of us. I cooked for the majority of the time and they have pretty much everything for me to cook. There is not much of containers for leftovers, but that’s not a big deal for me. They also have great recommendations for restaurants that we tried too. Love the fact we can use the club house gym and pool, we went every day pretty much. When things were not working communication was super easy. Everything super clear really. I will highly recommend for sure.. "
