"This property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Ryan was very responsive when contacted. This place has a beautiful scenery. This was a family vacation of 16 with ages ranging from 40- 1yr old and everyone enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this location!"

"Beautiful scenery. Very spacious. The one thing I would suggest is having a small refrigerator downstairs and maybe consider connecting those downstairs rooms to the upper part of the house. We had some of oir family in the 2 rooms downstairs and they had to walk out of the main house to get to thosth"

"We had a wonderful vacation here. Our group of 11 -- 2 seniors, 4 adults, 3 teens, 1 preteen, and a 5-year-old -- thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I want safety, and we were safe. I want clean, and the house was very, very clean. I want comfort, and the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The house has private areas and great common areas. Kitchen had everything. "Mom's 70th B'day in PR was great! Water/Cable issues. Julie could've responded quicker. My aunt had to call on my behalf (she’s from PR) it was handled. Suite was comfortable & clean. 3rd fl walk up made Shopping a chore. (Not for older ppl) Grounds well kept,secure. Pool and lazy river was being serviced. Everyone on the Aquatika Grounds was nice ( fresh coconuts) the area is poor and not walkable you need a car. But there’s plenty to do on the grounds. Overall the penthouse and the property ...
