"Hotel was in the perfect location, next to the port authority bus terminal. All staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and set you up for the day. Reception staff were extremely supportive with a delivery package problem that I had which was eventually resolved."

"Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Very quiet for being so close to the airport. Breakfast was terrific. Shuttle to/from airport was not well explained so we spent an extra hour at the airport that was unnecessary. Just go directly to station P4 on the Airtrain."

"First time staying here and loved it!! Breakfast was good, easy parking. View was Beautiful!! There’s a railroad nearby so you hear the train really often… Overall it’s a good hotel. Staff was friendly too."
