"PROS: Great location - 5 min walk from Grand Central Station subway access and 6 min walk to Broadway, 5th Ave & time square. Check- in was easy (we were allowed an early check-in at 11:00am). Code to get into building for added security. Apartment door itself had code as well - wish deadbolt would have worked on door, but no real security concerns. Surrounding tenants were quiet. "Eva was an amazing host and an incredible cook! We didn't know what to expect, but the place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean and her hospitality and friendliness above and beyond. It's close to a few towns but also close to a lot of must see nature areas. We would definitely stay there again!"

This unit is located perfectly at Columbus circle with easy access to the subway and easy to walk to many attractions. We love the proximity to Central Park and the shops at Columbus circle. "Room had problem with Roaches. Complain several times before transferring to a better room on our last night of stay. Needs a huge extermination to building and that room the bed is next to cookplate needs plexiglass installed for safety purposes. This was the cheapest we could find you get what you pay for!!!!! "
