"The staff was very attentive and friendly. Good food at breakfast. However, I stayed for 3 days and on the second day when we returned to the hotel at night, the room had not been cleaned. In addition, on 2 occasions there were problems with guests who wanted to enter the elevator when it was full and it made us feel a bit unsafe in that hotel."

"I found this property very convenient to get to the cruise port and also get to the movie theater. The bedroom was not large, but I expected to be the average size for the location as it is in New York City, the only issue I had was the Internet. It was glitchy at times, I had to try several times to login but once you got it working generally it was good most of the time. Also, there was a plastic piece of the grate on the AC heating unit that was on the floor. All they would have to do is glue...
