"The rooms are remodeled. This motel is on the road in “historic” part of town. There are several nice restaurants within 3 minute walk. Parking lot is big and you can part in front of your room which is great for those, like me, riding a motorcycle. And the “price point” is great. Much better quality rooms than typical branded low end hotels."

"Wonderful historic hotel with a restaurant, museum, art and gift location. Great location, within walking distance to downtown Boulder City. They had live music in the evening when we were there. Rooms and hotel are very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Grace was a wonderful welcoming committee explained everything in a matter of minutes. Cool surfing stuff hanging on the walls. I felt like buying a surfboard when I left. Impeccable grounds, clean, clean, clean and a swimming pool! "
