"I love staying at the Palm Place and have stayed many times before this. BUT, I absolutely loathed SVS. Poor and unprofessional customer service. Offered absolutely no value to the property or the owners. I highly recommend the OWNERS to reconsider their Management Service. I highly recommend PALM PLACE to band them in your bulding. They managed to piss off a loyal customer over a $5 part with a back/forth email thread and still offered no resolution. Absolutely useless service. ...
