"The property host was responsive to call and air-conditioning problem. The vent is very dirty and dusty. The landscape plants and shrubs are not taken care of, over grown especially to the walk path to the front door. Other than that, everything else is good."

"The house was nice. Very clean. Neighbors had an outside dog that barked all night but that is not the fault of the host. Had another family show up and said they had booked the property. But linda talked to them and took care of everything. She was very responsive to any and all questions we had. Would recommend and would stay again."

"We came to Las Vegas to spend a few days with daughter and family while son-in-law was at a conference near-by the house. The place was in a great location for us to be near them and had easy access to our activities. House was basic and accurately shown in photos. It has great beds, was clean and had a nice nice open kitchen area with table. We only had a few meals here as we were out and about so the minimal kitchen supplies worked for us. We traveled to Red Rocks and Valley of Fire State Park...

"Do not stay here. I rented the house for 3 weeks on a work trip. I wanted to use the hot tub so I had to pay a pool heating fee. When I arrived the pool and hot tub were not heated. I informed the owner. She said she would send out the pool guy. Long story short the pool and hot tub were never heated. I'm pretty sure she knew the heater didn't work and charged me the pool heating fee anyways. AND THEN ignored my request for a refund!! She has continued to ignore my texts requesting a refund....

"I came to celebrate my birthday and the house exceeded all my expectations and I had an amazing time. The house was clean and was enough space for nine people. Hodi was an amazing host and responded really quickly. "

"From the beginning, communication with the owner and property manager was terrible!!! I had to contact VRBO to finally get them to answer me. The pool does not have any outdoor furniture so my 75 year old mother was expected to get down and lay on the rough cement. When I asked the owner about any outdoor chairs, she suggested we go to the Wynn. That’s where she always goes to enjoy the pool. Who tells you to go and enjoy somewhere else? Our purpose was to hang out by the pool for two days....

"I stayed here with my sister and her 3 kids. There was plenty of room, and overall the place was nice. The check-in process was easy and the host was easy to get in touch with. Overall it was a great stay."
