"We had a great experience staying here. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball and golf. The house was just as advertised. I liked that the access was gated and felt secure. "Polo Towers turned out to be better than what I expected. I thought less of it because it wasn’t what I was in the market for but all I found at the time with so many events going on the days we were in Vegas. It took me by surprise that is has been bought out by Hilton. It was really in the center of the casinos that we wanted to visit being a short walking distance to most places. I would defínete recommend and revisit."

"My daughter and I were placed in a unit with a broken refrigerator. I notified the front desk and after notifying them a second time, maintenance came up to look at it. I was told the compressor went out and the owner of the unit needed to be contacted for it to be fixed. Our food went bad. No accommodations were made for us. The property itself is beautiful."
