"The Nirvana is the best-kept secret in Las Vegas. A cute little motel-style hotel across the Strip from the Mandalay Bay, with no resort fees or parking fees. It's family-run, and the owners are friendly and helpful. We've stayed there several times and have had a great experience each time. Highly recommend!"

"The property was beautiful and spacious, close to the airport and about 20 minutes outside of the downtown strip area. We enjoyed having the backyard space with the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. Plenty of space to entertain, converse and relax. The kitchen and living room was spacious and it was lovely to have TV’s in each room. Property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. "Nicely located property. Close to the Strip, but focused as a residential hotel and not a casino. Suites have separate full Kitchens, so you don’t have to eat every meal out. Kitchens are nice and well stocked, and rooms are clean and comfortable. Good property and great, convenient place to stay. "
