"Absolutely loved my stay. It was very convenient getting around and so close to everything. Staff was amazing and will definitely stay again. Cant wait to see whats happening on roof.. only thing i could ask for is ability to suntan at hotel. Thank you so much 💓 "

"The property was really good. A step away from 5th avenue and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The building is new, the rooms are nice. The rooftop pool isn’t big but it’s adequate for the size of the building. The service was really good! The only draw back was the room had minimal ustensiles. No knives to cut, only has one glass. Overall we liked the properly and we would recommend it for the price."

"Right on the beach. Very good location. Good cocktail bar and snack bar on the premises. The room was very run down. screen door to balcony broken. The view from the balcony was a very disgusting junk-filled lot next door. Wasn't worth the price. "

"Second time I stay here for a night before heading over to my all inclusive resort.I stay here because it's on 5th avenue and it let's me take in all the ambiance of 5th avenue.Service is good and the place is clean.I will be staying here again soon. A nice boutique hotel."

"Porto Playa Condo is very nice secure clean place. I would definitely go there again. Within 1 Block to bakery, convenience store, restaurant, massage, pharmacy, 5th Ave. Perfect location, not on beach but sister property is. Beach has mostly washed away but still nice to sit by ocean and have dinner and drinks. "

"Located in the heart of the action. Lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel is well maintained and house keeping does an excellent job. Friendly staff at the front desk. Shout out to Miguel for his happy and friendly attitude. His continental breakfasts are the best. The freshest fruits and different breakfast items are set up daily. "

"Property itself is very nice, however it is not in the best area. It is a bit of a walk to the main locations you want to go to. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult to sleep in. "

"Junior Suite is Great for a long stay. The advertised Executive suite does not have a kitchen. That should be made clearer. Once settled in. It Felt really comfortable and private. Front desk and house keeping are very helpful. Gina especially! Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would recommend "

"I really enjoyed having a nice home away from home. Very convenient area for groceries and getting into town for meals and entertainment. The staff were all very helpful. The view from the rooftop pool deck is stunning. The only thing missing is direct ocean front location."

"Excellent. If you’re looking for quiet, private, not overly commercialized, almost-alone-on-your-private-beach, and beautiful sunsets - this is your jam. There are some local restaurants that are pretty good. There’s a charcoal grill and outside table with string lights. You are welcomed to your apartment with some basics like water, eggs, bacon, fruit, coffee, milk. Enrique was a delight and responsive. Grab the snorkel gear and SUP board when you want. "Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. Would definitely recommend and reconsider coming back "

"This resort is beautiful! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They found out it was my birthday and made the day feel really special :) Would highly recommend this resort, especially anyone interested in any of the xcaret parks. There is a little boat that will take you straight from the resort the xcaret next door!"

"We loved this hotel as a family. Tons to do! Out of our 7 days, we never felt bored. We had no desire to leave the hotel because there was so much we could do on site. The only downside was no hot water in our room which made it extremely difficult with an infant and toddler. Beyond that, we loved our stay. "

"This place was beyond luxurious. I would say, perfection. I can’t say enough about the kind and welcoming staff. They go out of the way to ensure your comforts are met. They pay incredible attention to details and treat you wonderfully. The property grounds are immaculate. The dining options are amazing, and the food was cooked perfectly. I wish we had stayed longer, there are endless things to do at the property. We stayed in the Ambassador Suite, we were offered a discounted upgrade on arrival from our original reserved Garden view pool suite. This room was out of this world amazing. We did also see the original room we had booked and it was incredible as well. You can access all places through a short walk through the amazing bridges in the mangroves. You can also access via the continuous golf cart type vehicles that are readily available and comfortable. The beaches are perfect, with plenty of in beach dining. The salt water pool was our favorite, you are able to swim with fish that filter in from the ocean. There was a butler available to us to provide us with what ever we needed. We couldn’t be more satisfied. We can not wait to go and stay with TRS Yucatan again!"
