"Very nicely appointed modern rooms with sitting area and small kitchen and full-size refrigerator. Bathrooms are modern with rain type shower. Very nice rooftop pool. The housekeeping and Maintenace staff are outstanding. Common areas are always very clean and well maintained, which is very important to me. "Cette hébergement est mal représenté . Nous étions 3 adultes. Nous avions juste deux serviette , pas de grille pas , pas de casserole, pas aucun linge à vaisselle . J’avais déjà avise que j’aurais besoin de drap et d’oreiller pour le divan lit, ils ont rien fait j’ai du aller acheter des draps couvertures et oreillers pour ma fille . "Warning! Don’t book this place. My reservation got cancelled on the day I was scheduled to check in. The listing states that I will get instructions by email 48 hours before check in. I didn’t get any email and I got anxious when I didn’t get any instructions. I noticed the contact number provided was INVALID. The number was listed us 55555, a fake number. This host obviously doesn’t want anyone to call him/her for information/confirmation/questions. In the afternoon of the day, I got a message...

"great affordable spot right in the heart of downtown playa at a great price. basically, like apartments with kitchen and very spacious bedrooms. If you're looking for pools or any of that look elsewhere but if you're looking for a nice spacious place to stay where you can walk outside and be right at 5th avenue downtown this is a great choice. very secure as well and the staff is super friendly. "

"We originally booked this unit and switched to other unit due to owner request and personal issues. On pictures unit looked even better, 2 story, 2 king beds and "sofa bed " that was for kids sleeping. Unfortunately, sofa bed is broken and old, not possible to sleep on it. Also, we had no washer, A/c in upper bedroom not working. Kitchen is equipped with all small appliances but very minimum pots and dishes. 2 days we had no internet, another frustration as happen when I needed the most. Not to...

"First of all it was hard to find I had to call because the map showed between 10th and 15th and it was 10th and 5th.. The pictures were much better than it was in reality …the cleanliness of the room was not the best …breakfast was included but almost nothing ….We were very disappointed of our stay …"

"We spent a month at this apartment. The two A/C units worked well. Fiber internet was installed the first day we arrived and was fast. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. And we spent a lot of time on the rooftop getting sun, reading, and cooling off in the pool. We always felt safe, with 24-hr security and cameras But the best part was the location -- about 100 steps from the popular Quinta Avenida, and a short walk to several beaches."

"The AC was either broken or shut off for 3-4 hours in the middle of one night. It was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise lovely resort, super friendly staff and clean everywhere we walked. Washrooms could use a little more maintenance. "

"Took the family for week and we all really enjoyed! I would highly recommend the Maya palace to any family. Beautiful pool, very quiet at night and very clean. The beach is beautiful and the staff is great. If I were to recommend anything to anyone, it would be to make sure you book your reservations for dinner as early as possible. The food at each restaurant was fantastic! "
