"Furniture was falling apart (dining chair) and broke upon sitting down. Was wobbly and could tell it was repaired using a nail that wasn’t meant for that chair. Communication was horrible, check in was a disaster, nobody knew what was going on and couldn’t find our booking. The property itself was beautiful, pools were nice , although not kept up with cleaning, especially the one nearest to the beach. Tons of dirt and dead bugs in the pool. "This was a beautiful and spacious property. It was a very short walk to the white sandy beach. The second floor balcony outside the master bedroom was my favorite place. It was shady and windy and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. I also loved that we could hear the waves from our bed. "The house was pretty and spacious. Overall, it could have used minor upkeep through the property. The exterior cushions had no padding anymore and the table outside was almost collapsed. Most concerning was the rope on the stairway was dislodged from the first tread, and where the second floating tred attached to the wall it was actually loose and swayed when you stepped on it. "Loved how walkable it was to get to restaurants and we had great services. This was a girls trip and we truly had a great time. The house is very welcoming and the beach is second to none."

"We spent a month at this casa. It was a great location and so close to everything. The neighborhood is great and very friendly. We loved every minute! "

"The condo is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the views from the balcony. It’s close to beach and the beach club. It’s also close to a 711 store which is very convenient. The only issue is the noise from traffic and people dropping off oxygen tanks(lots of diving business around) outside at beach entrance in the early morning.The music from the beach club can’t be avoided. "Had a wonderful stay at casa Blanca. House was clean, plenty of space with separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Location to beach is phenomenal- it’s not directly on beach but a 30 yard walk to the beach. "Hotel Colonial is not a luxury resort, but it is more than adequate. Nice pool. Clean room. Safe and good location in Playa del Carmen. Programable room safe. Friendly staff. Restaurants and entertainment close . Beach is only a short walk away. Not far from ADO bus station."

Best all inclusive in Cancun!

"The best all inclusive experience. The restaurants and amazing the service is top notch. We had a room facing the garden and we had monkey visitors everyday! There are alebrijes around the property that can take your photo and send it to your room so you can buy them at the end of your trip. The property is so huge and has lots of small little beaches where you can rent paddleboards and kayaks! The resort is also connected to the parks with free shuttles every 20 min so you can hop on and off at Xcaret, Xplor and more! This is by far the best resort i have ever stayed at and will be coming back again! "

"We had an amazing time. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. Both shower and bath/jaccuzi. Several pool and the beach is so nice. The only bémol would be the system of dining reservation. The buffet was good but the steakhouse meat was not so we didn’t try the other restaurant. It was impossible to reserve a table anyway. The japanese was good. Would go back"

"You will not be disappointed at your stay here. Staff is AMAZING!! Everyone was so wonderful and fun. Shout out to Misty, Jose, Duelce, and I know I’m missing many more but ya’ll are the BEST! This hotel offers so many activities and entertainment. There are many restaurant choices and you’re always greeted by fantastic service, shoutout to Rafael at Brasas restaurant. The adult vibe is great, so many ppl from all over the world here to meet and that says a lot. The will be a vacation you will not be disappointed with when staying at this resort "
