"Passing thru NYC and we had not been to Coney Island before. The location is close to most things in Coney Island and it was easy to get to, but the surroundings are a bit strange/industrial. The staff were friendly and the comfort and cleanliness was nice. I would stay here again, only knock maybe be parking it was on the street and a small side lot - we came in late and were fortunate to get a spot right in front of the building. I would imagine if this was peak travel season the parking...

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...
