"Very good overall but slight issue at check in, room key didn’t work so told to go to another room which opened the door but someone was already in the room and very surprised to see we’d opened the door. Third room and third key worked. Overall, great for the kids and very clean and well thought out for families. Great breakfast. "

"A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem trying to pay for the car parking, as it was a self service machine, which didn’t quite work like, how it was explained to us. but the Reception staff were keen to help us and got it sorted out.
