The lift needs sorting, as it made me anxious everytime getting in it with its noises a slow movement. It said it could fit 7, however a sign was next to the lift saying no mors than 2 people. "A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem trying to pay for the car parking, as it was a self service machine, which didn’t quite work like, how it was explained to us. but the Reception staff were keen to help us and got it sorted out.
