"Room was lovely and spacious, however it didnt have a mirror or a view which was a shame as the hotels grounds are nice. The lift needs sorting, as it made me anxious everytime getting in it with its noises a slow movement. It said it could fit 7, however a sign was next to the lift saying no mors than 2 people. "A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem trying to pay for the car parking, as it was a self service machine, which didn’t quite work like, how it was explained to us. but the Reception staff were keen to help us and got it sorted out. "Very helpful receptionist who accommodated our need for twin beds by offering a 2nd bedroom FOC as there had been confusion at booking stage. They let us leave the car after checkout so we could go sightseeing. "
