"Our 4th time staying here, staff are amazing as always and rooms are beautiful. Only gripe this trip was that the water in the room we were in must not have been used in awhile, as it took a few minutes to clear up and get hot, and then the temperature of the rooms was way too hot for me. To my best efforts it doesnt appear you can control the room temp anymore (switch to AC for example), and it wasnt noticable until it was late at night, so no staff on site. Regardless, wont stop us from coming...
