The room was the best part but I noticed the handle packing in the bathroom faucet was leaking. We ate in the pub and the food was tasty and presented well but it was not very hot. That is the biggest reason I only rated this hotel as ‘average’. Cold food is not only unappetizing, but dangerous. This is something IMO you must correct.

Great staff who were kind and professional. Room was clean with no foul smell. I loved charging my electric vehicle. Charging stations at hotels are rare.

Once again when initially booking this hotel had a 8.7 rating giving it a 5 rating rooms not cleaned had to ask for clean towels lobby washrooms disgusting dirty no toilet tissue Hallway not vacuumed elevator were out of order had to go down 6 floors of stairs and up same way brought to reception attention mainly apologized

Front desk woman was very professional and pleasant when I checked in. Hotel and suite appeared clean. Ample parking available. My only complaint is that the a/c unit fan only blew out cool air even when I turned the heat to max. I didn't inform the front desk because I just wanted to get some sleep. I still recommend staying at this hotel. It's a classy little place.
