"Spent 5 nights and found the room really convenient for long stays. They have microwave, e-stove, washing machine, along with cooking and dining utensils. The hotel is around 6-7minutes walk from Toei Oedo line so even-though not right at Shinjuku, it was still easy to get around, especially when you don’t need to take JR lines that are more expensive. Had a bit of unpleasant misunderstanding with one of the staff at the end after check out, but the other staff were very helpful and polite....

The arcade area inside the building is a great spot to hang out, and the robot delivering amenities to the door was such a cute touch. Plus, the high-floor views are absolutely stunning! However, the neighborhood can get quite rowdy at night, so it might not be the best choice for families. Overall, a great stay for those who love a vibrant and tech-savvy experience in Shinjuku!"

"The staff at the property were so wonderful throughout our whole stay. The hotel itself was lovely, the bathhouse especially was so clean and well maintained. Our room had a great view and it was clean and well maintained. We loved the breakfast selections as well, the only thing I would have liked would be the option of having a hot chocolate but everything else was just amazing. The hotel is right next to a station and its so affordable to just take a train anywhere you would like to go. We really loved our stay and can't wait to stay here again."
