"Check in was a bit of a hassle due to automation. Queen room access to one side of the bed was difficult. Twin bedroom would be better. All else good, except room temperature difficult to control unless you want it very cool. . Clean quiet and safe. Plenty of clean towels delivered. Public bath nice. "

"Nice hotel with great location in the sumida neighborhood. The staff were excellent. The rooms were dated but clean. A little bit pricey for the quality, but we did stay over new years, so it was expected. We did not realize this was a Disney partner property when we booked it, so there were more children than expected."

"Convenient place, close to Metro. Decent size and clean room for 2 person. The massage chair is definitely a plus in the room after all the walking exploring around. Staffs are friendly and efficient. The window is not double-glazed and therefore the loud sound from busy street Infront of hotel can be heard when sleeping"

"This is a great hotel if you know that you will be a little distant from the Shinjuku Station complex. It has a great vibe, cool restaurant, and is right in front of Shinjuku Chuo Park. My room was relatively spacious, and it had great amenities. I only wish I had utilized more. "

"The ginza line train station just outside the hotel is very convenient. Also close to tokyo station walkable. Also walkable to train station direct haneda airport was great for me. The other servives were also satisfactory. Good stay. "

"Best place I've stayed! Lots of guests, convenience store within hotel, gym, laundy, amazing spa baths. Very close to Ryogoku station (JR Chuo Sobu line and Toei Oedo line). Many good restaurants next to the station. Have to walk about 15min to e.g. Kuramae station if you want to use Tokyo Metro lines (i.e. if you have a 24/48/72hr subway pass)."

"Lovely place, would definitely stay there again. It’s away from the busy areas and well connected theough the subway system. The rooms are not as tiny as we thought they would be, and it’s a good affordable place to stay. "

"Truly enjoyed staying here. It was a couple of minutes away from the subway station and requesting a taxi was super easy. It's in a quiet part of the city but there were so many walkable dining options. It was great be able to stay away from the noise. "
