"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Riu Santa Fe. Rght of the bet we loved the four Riu Parties we experienced during our one week stay at the property. They were off the top. We also loved spending time in the infinity pools looking over the rock formations and enjoying the cocktails. As we don’t like appointments on vacation and like free flowing as we feel, rather prefered the main buffet for food and was able to find plenty tasty dishes among the available options. Only thing it was lacking was the desserts. The grounds and the pools were clean and well kept. Employees we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly."

"The hotel was great, guests not so much. We wanted a swimmable beach and so chose the Fiesta Americana. It is a family-friendly resort and there were screaming children almost everywhere, at all times. Also, the quiet side, facing west, has construction of a new facility that ran 15 hours per day (actually, 20 hours one day). "

"The ambiance was classy and staff was friendly! the food was good, and we enjoyed room service options when we did to want to go down. Would recommend this resort for those who enjoy leisurely lounging. Not really a party scene. "

"The resort is clean and well maintained. The food was consistently very good, if not excellent. We ate all the major restaurants that offered good variety. The barefoot grill which is the daytime beach/poolside eatery does a great job as well. Shoutout to Aldo who is fantastic. The people and service are great. The dining staff are hard working and detailed oriented. At checkin, we had a room (perfectly fine) but was on the other end of the large resort from the rest of our group. Edwin was so accommodating in trying to find a suitable change. He showed us 3 different rooms, and worked with us to get a great room. It set the tone for the whole trip. The Activities staff were phenomenal. They made sure you knew what was going on around the resort. There were things like Spanish lessons, bracelet making, table tennis tournaments, beach volleyball, dance lessons, aquafit, and much more. They were so welcoming and inclusive of our kids to participate too. Special shoutout to Manuel (Manny) and Marcos who remembered their names through the week and were just great to us. Lastly, the Explorers' Club (Kids 3-12) is well run. The staff were great with the kids, lots of different activities, movie nights, air hockey, soccer, crafts, dancing. Kids had a great time and would spend anywhere from 1-3 hours a day there. We had a truly wonderful experience at Dreams Los Cabos and will look to go back! "

"This property was incredible the moment you arrive. The staff is amazing and helpful but not pushy or looking for tips. The view from our room was breathtaking and sitting at the infinity pool overlooking the ocean is heaven. We never wanted to leave the resort but we did a few times and the security of coming and going was great! Can’t wait to come back! Food was amazing too!! Only thing is we wish there weren’t so many small unattended screaming kids at times at the pool. It’s an adult vibe for sure with drinks, dj, etc and I wish it was adults only bc parents don’t always watch their children and it’s annoying for others getting away to relax. "
