We found the staff to be friendly and helpful when needed. With a security guard at the gate we felt very safe. There was no hot pool. But walking to the beach, since the highway has to be crossed, is dangerous and nearly a one mile--typically very hot--trek. "The house is just as advertised. We had six couples and each person had their own room and bathroom. The gym, pool table, and shuffleboard table were great to have. Location was great. It was wonderful to wake up to a homemade breakfast each morning fully set at the table, along with daily cleaning. We loved it and it had everything we needed."
