"Property was beautiful. We never left. My child loved the kid’s club. Food at Sin Lin was the best. The ceviche bar was delicious too. The grill and the churros and ice cream and the coffee bar were all fun choices. The disappointing food was breakfast and lunch buffet at Azul which was bland and not up to the dining standards of the other restaurants. The hotel was all inclusive which is so nice. We were told tips were included but every check had a section to add more. Not knowing how...

"Cleanest place I have stayed. Downside is it’s odd for an all inclusive go have to sign a bill for everything. A water, a beer, a coffee - you sign a tab, slows the overall service down. The other thing is you cannot get ice cream or coffee included in the all inclusive, unless at a restaurant. They have the market but that’s all an additional cost. Great beach, clean everywhere but the bills and lack of a few amenities in an all inclusive is a bit off putting ."

"From the moment we arrived to the last day, our family appreciated the hospitality and service. Resort was beautiful, food delicious and service spectacular. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Love the shopping on site as well. The spa was worth it too. Had the best hour massage. We are so pleased with our stay at Las Ventanas."
