"We stayed for 2 nights and would return if we had a reason to be in this area again. The breakfast selection was very good and rooms were quiet. Staff were excellent. Parking is secure underground and included in the rate. We did find the lighting in the rooms were much too dim , especially in the bathroom. The light above the shower did not work. We woukd suggest that at the pool area they divide the roof section into a smoking and non-smoking area. Because smokers in the hot tub or sitting...

"The staff at the property are amazing and make the experience excellent. We never had a negative experience with Dreams staff. The entertainment team is so fun, bartenders and wait staff are attentive, the back of the house staff are friendly and keep the resort running smoothly. The property itself is aging. Some cleanliness issues in the room and around the resort, but overall a pretty clean place considering how busy they were when we were there."

"Grand Velas was absolutely fabulous! We brought our 3 kids and we were spoiled from day one. Our personal concierge Blair was phenomenal. Friendly, professional and attentive to anything we needed. Typically we avoid all inclusive resorts because we enjoy higher quality dining and drinks - we decided to try Grand Velas based on other great reviews and we are so glad we did! We also have to give a shout out to Isabella who served us by the pool, she was fantastic!"
