"The property is clean, safe and beautiful the unit where we stayed in the Siena tower was awesome with all the needed amenities, the pool area has a great view of Nuevo Vallarta, the dinner is clean and well planned, the whole complex feels safe, clean and secured, all of the respectful crew thar work in the complex including the security team at the gate really work hard to make you feel like family, We will definitely be back when in Nuevo Vallarta, Thank you Lupita you are a beautiful woman...

"We liked that the pools were big, beautiful and clean. The beach was quiet and sandy. The staff were friendly. There was space in the condo for 5. We liked the heated pool on the beach as the other pools were quite cold. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied. We didn’t like the noise coming from next door due to poor insulation. The property is fairy new but aging quickly due to weather and poor upkeep. The AC units dripped when used for more than a few hours. We could have used some beach...

"The property is more concerned with QR codes and getting you in and out - it's on a long dusty and terrible dirt road - the building is surrounded by trash and if you want to walk into town it's a 7 minute walk on unpaved road and no sidewalks - if mexico wants to charge first world prices it needs to clean up it's act - very transactional place - not focused on hospitality - clean up the neighborhood not just the front steps !"

"Good location, yet not noisy. When I have stayed in this area before it can be noisy from clubs nearby. This one had a great view and was still removed from a lot of the noise. There is so much to do. The place is small, but it worked perfectly for me. The pool is fantastic. A lot of pols on PV are shallow, but this one was perfect. Also had good AC and WiFi "

"We loved this place! It’s located in a local neighborhood with a short walk to town. We loved the pool and roof top deck, the place was immaculate. We were only staying one night in Sayulita and didn’t need the kitchen, but we were grateful for the full size refrigerator and amenities. We will definitely come back!"

"The apartment is basic but what do you need when you are mostly outside. Basic but with everything we could need. The bed wasn't too firm and very comfortable for us. The evenings can be a bit noisy but never too late. It was clean and the host always asking how he could help. And he did graciously. It is at the end of a very steep hill, so you need good legs if you don't want to pay a taxi all the time. Also you need good shoes as the streets around are in cobbler stones. "Unit was very clean,quiet and in a perfect location to the beach,shops and restaurants. The condo however did not have beach towels ,dish towels and dish dry rack which would have made things a little easier but did not affect our vacation in any way. King size bed was very comfy."

"We had an excellent stay in the Margarita suite. The kitchen was well equipped, as we make protein smoothies every morning. The tie on wrist bands required to enter the complex were too small and kept falling off me, and the expanding bands to access the pool and common areas wouldn’t fit over my hand, but the guards just let me attach it to my bag. Other than that, all went very smoothly, and Anjuli was very responsive for questions we had."

"Be ready for a time share pitch. While the ocean view is beautiful the property has very few full ocean views, which IMO is 180 degrees, their full ocean view is between 90 and 120 degrees. Staff is all very friendly."

"We stayed for 4 nights at this resort and really enjoyed it! The staff- from the front desk to poolside servers- were all very friendly and accommodating. The resort has a great beach in front, which allows for lounging and swimming. Pools were nice. We appreciated the variety of options to eat, as there are multiple buffets and different restaurant options. Resort offers a lot of activities to do throughout the day as well. The sunset views from the resort are amazing! We would definitely like to return to this resort soon!"
