"Very pleased to try the new Soho building. This corner unit on high floor had spectacular views from every angle and was very private. The unit was furnished tastefully had all amenities you could need. The rooftop and pool had plenty of lounging areas even during busy times. And the gym was very well outfitted. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the ICON Vallarta. From Betzy's personal welcome to the nicely decorated unit it was a great retreat. The binder in the room explained everything clearly. There were lots of little touches, a well stocked kitchen, curtains for privacy, nice balcony furniture and a great view (loved seeing whales from the balcony). Loved the heated pool. We wished the water pressure was stronger and that there was more sun on the balcony. 10/10 Highly recommend."

"Hotel is on a steep incline. Many steps if you plan to walk. Rooftop pool was nice. Common area with kitchen was a plus as well. We stayed 4 nights here. The AC unit in the room did not work at all. 1 ceiling fan was inoperable as well. Spoke with front desk about our issues. They could not fix the AC but on day 3 they did replace the ceiling fan which helped a little. We had no hot water for 2 out of the four days we were there.
