"The property is delightful. Staff are great and personable. The location is great directly on the beach. (difficult at times to get beach chairs if not up very early in am- saving chairs). The rooms need updating but are still maintained well by housekeeping. Bathroom off the main living area (&kitchen) could use an exhaust fan for humidity after shower use. Overall met many nice guests. "

"We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. "It was a beautiful place that needs some TLC. Maybe we just missed busy season but only a few guests there so it was a little spooky for my daughter not seeing anyone in this huge place. The very few staff members we saw were really nice but spoke little English so couldn't ask them much. That's ok since I was visiting their country and know basic Spanish. From a distance the pools look really nice but tiles falling off and not the cleanest, hot tubs half full with debris in them or closed...

"Hotel is on a steep incline. Many steps if you plan to walk. Rooftop pool was nice. Common area with kitchen was a plus as well. We stayed 4 nights here. The AC unit in the room did not work at all. 1 ceiling fan was inoperable as well. Spoke with front desk about our issues. They could not fix the AC but on day 3 they did replace the ceiling fan which helped a little. We had no hot water for 2 out of the four days we were there. They do not have mini fridges in the room we stayed in (...

"We lived our stay at the Melia dues to its location and customer service. We enjoy going to town to experience meals and culture and the hotel was within walking distance of the Marina, which has great food options and several bars. We also booked our fishing excursions through Jesus along the marina. The food was okay-not great, but not terrible. There were plenty of options to choose from. Customer service was amazing! Everyone was super kind and friendly, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The rooms were clean, roomy and every room had an ocean view. There is a great pool and also a small beach on property. We would definitely recommend the Hotel Melia and will probably stay here again if we come back to puerto Vallarta."

"This was an absolutely fantastic stay for us. All the staff were kind, helpful and cared so much about us and made us feel so welcomed. The resort was always clean, they held standards for guests so there was no baligerant drunk people. It was a truly an amazing experience that we will return for. "

"Amazing stay! Beautiful view of the ocean and the surrounding mountains. The staff was top notch and very professional. Lots of events to enjoy and plenty of food options, we were premium level so maybe our stay may have been better than others. We will for sure be back "

Hotel Mio Riviera Nayarit Unique & Different- Adults Only.

"We had an excellent stay at the Mio. The hotel is quite new and in great shape. There are lots of awesome food options nearby and beach access is a short walk. The breakfast on site was great and well worth the additional cost. Service from all the staff was great but I’d make special mention of Victor the Bellman - he was super helpful in providing local recommendations, was very friendly, and took every opportunity to make our days extra awesome! Thanks to Victor and all the staff"
