"When we looked at our room it had nothing in it, the picture showed that it had everything thing we needed, there weren’t any other guests around.and you had a dusty dirt road in front and back. Everything that was said about it was a lie!"

"Check-in with Jessy was good, but we suspect she took something from one of our grocery bags as we stored our luggage behind the counter. Pool area not as advertised, pretty gross. Black mold in the room, very loud in the hallway, no working elevator to carry luggage upstairs, wifi was terrible. We were also double charged,once when we booked through Expedia and then again at the hotel. Tondoroque was lovely to explore, but we would not stay at the hotel again."

"This is a nice property in Zona Romantica old Puerto Vallarta, right on the beach, with two nice pools and free beach chairs and thatched umbrellas. A small restaurant for lunch and breakfast. The Juinor Suites are plenty big with a nice balcony and view of the Ocean. It is out of the way at the very bottom of the Malecon. A few blocks from the nice shopping and eating options... Could be cleaner and closer but staff is very friendly and helpful and i really enjoyed myself."

"My sister and I went to PV for a week long get away and absolutely loved the Grand Miramar! You are greeted warmly on arrival! We utilized room service at least once a day. We took Ubers to town to shop, eat and walk the Boardwalk. We got massages that included sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy.
