"We had another terrific time at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable condo home in the Hacienda de Mita part of Punta Mita. Our concierge Max was so responsive and helpful and our housekeeper was terrific. We relaxed at the beach clubs, played a round of golf, dined at the 4 Seasons and restaurants in town, and took day trips to Sayulita and Bucerias. "My husband and I stayed at Casa Olayh with another couple. It was a perfect house for the 4 of us. We enjoyed hanging out in all of the common spaces- the roof top terrace, the second floor palapa, the first-floor dining area and the pool deck. The house is very private at the end of a street. The walk to the beach and town was pretty easy. There were plenty of good restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great spot to park your car and never move it. All walking distance 2 min. Pictures are great but property has a few cracks and paint peeling, it’s the humidity. Windows could use a bit of cleaning, also dust and rainy season. Great ac which is a must in summer. Great relaxed beach vibe, a gem of a property. During the week restaurants close about 11 and it’s not silent but acceptable noise level for being on Main Street. Saturday night get ready for the EDM to stimulate your senses till late...

"Rebecca, your condo is so lovely and for us it was in the perfect location. The condo had everything we needed for our stay; and it was so easy to get to all the wonderful restaurants and taco stands in the area. Plus, super quick to walk down to the beach and Malecon, and downtown to the plaza area. The rooftop pool area was lovely and we used it every morning, however our favorite location for relaxation was on the condo balcony, watching life go by, reading, and listening to the birds on...

"The house is gorgeous and huge!! We were 2 families with 4 teens, and the accommodations were perfect. North Side location is great - just far enough out of the craziness, but quick walk if you are looking for action. It’s also really convenient to the walking trail to San Pancho, which was a great way to spend a day! Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"Location was great. 5-10 min walk to the center/beach. Communication and check-in/check-out was easy and seamless. As another guest mentioned, there is a slight smell but it certainly isn’t due to lack of cleanliness. The home was spotless. I noticed it the first day but it seemed to fade and wasn’t a problem for our group. Home had everything you need including a regular coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and a Ninja blender. "
