We liked the heated pool on the beach as the other pools were quite cold. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied. We didn’t like the noise coming from next door due to poor insulation. The property is fairy new but aging quickly due to weather and poor upkeep. The AC units dripped when used for more than a few hours. We could have used some beach...

"Good location, yet not noisy. When I have stayed in this area before it can be noisy from clubs nearby. This one had a great view and was still removed from a lot of the noise. There is so much to do. The place is small, but it worked perfectly for me. The pool is fantastic. A lot of pols on PV are shallow, but this one was perfect. Also had good AC and WiFi "

"The host was very attentive to questions and on what’s app. He set us up with a golf cart, always very responsive in a timely manner. Accommodations were clean, didn’t know we could ask for the housekeeper to clean mid-week. Was a little loud, roosters and dogs barking, but I had earplugs. I never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again."

"We love the neigborhood. Very easy and pleasant communication with the host. Great studio three blocks from the beach a bit up the hill with everything you need. Great otdoor terrace. "Because of the three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, we had a lot of privacy. The kitchen could be better equipped. Also a binder on the property outlining nearby restaurants, golf cart rentals, groceries etc. would be helpful. The property is a good 15-20 walk to the beach which was unexpected. Also we loved the pool and outdoor patio. We were lucky that the people we had to share with were great. Also the price was very reasonable."

"This is a nice property in Zona Romantica old Puerto Vallarta, right on the beach, with two nice pools and free beach chairs and thatched umbrellas. A small restaurant for lunch and breakfast. The Juinor Suites are plenty big with a nice balcony and view of the Ocean. It is out of the way at the very bottom of the Malecon. A few blocks from the nice shopping and eating options... Could be cleaner and closer but staff is very friendly and helpful and i really enjoyed myself."
