"We liked that it was attached to the SJU international airport. Having an early flight makes this property a great place to stay. The restaurant on the second floor was open until 10 pm and the food was great. The rooms were cold but we called the front desk and they told us how to shut off the air and if you were hot you could turn it back on again. The rooms were modern, updated and very clean. The only suggestion that I would have would be to have more signs that show where you can pull over to drop off luggage. We pulled over where it said to check in and when we were just getting out our luggage a tow truck immediately came behind us and all my family was doing was getting the luggage to the curb and my husband was going to go and park the car. The tow truck guy was very rude. My suggestion would be to park or drop your rental off first /shuttle and then drag your luggage to the hotel. It is quite a walk to check in. It also would have been nice to have the luggage dollies there at the doors to use. Overall, If you have an early flight like we did and have to be up at 2 am then this is a great place to stay and then walk right to the airport all inside. Would defenitely stay again and recommend to anyone to use them."

"Loved that all the rooms have a terrace. The property was clean. We had access to a washing machine and dryer which lessened the amount of clothing we had to take. Staff very responsive to all requests. Decent dining option on the premises. Several games such as pin pong, air hockey and beach volleyball area were available. Grills available, too. Access to beach was great along with the pool. Driving to town was just 10 min. Their parking lot needs to be repaved. "

"This hotel is perfectly situated in Old San Juan within walking distance to many things, including the cruise port. The amenities (tubs/hot tubs) were perfect for relaxing after a long day of site seeing and the views are spectacular! I suggest bringing a sound machine as the walls are very thin, and the roads are very trafficked so it was hard to sleep. It was a great experience for one night, but grateful we didn't spend more than one night there due to the lack of sleep. "
