"My wife thought she booked at the Disney Springs location. We learned that when trying to register. Patrick was one of the nicest customer service people I have dealt with in a very long time. He explained the situation and offered us a room but at a much higher price. We decided to come to this location and when we got there, we found out that he called ahead to make sure we were taken care of. They were very accommodating when we checked back in the next morning they were able to give us the same room so we didn’t have to move."
