Courteous, helpful, and friendly. Only suggestion is to vacuum or clean the carpets more often. Saw the dust under the beds when trying to retrieve an item that rolled under. Our kids also sneezed quite a bit, seemingly from the dust in the room. Booked another stay next April. Hope to see some improvement in...
