You enter through 2 glass doors into a tiny lobby with 1 elevator with 1 floor button (6). Take shoes off shortly after elevator to arrive at the front desk. NO ENGLISH. "We pucked it because it is walking distance to Ueno park, the Yamanote train line and a subway line. The staff was super friendly! Most spoke some English and some quite amazing English. We eat great Japanese breakfast and resered the private bath one night, whic was lovely after a day of traveling. We were a 5 minute walk from the subway and 15 from the train. We'd highly recommend it! Only only tiny complaint is that the futons seemed a bit thin. However, that may be just because we are so...

"Great location. Quiet area a few minutes walk from the subway station with lots of eating areas nearby. Staff were very kind the breakfast was amazing as well as drinks we had at night time. Clean rooms with public washrooms and showers. Private onsen available to book and you can choose your breakfast time slot the night before. We will be back!"
