"Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. There was storage for suitcases which was very practical for those staying in the tatami room. The main washroom was spacious with double vanity. Walking distance to main asakusa area was great. Also close by is Tokyo...

"It’s arelaxing stay"

"This was at least my 5th time staying at this hotel. I found the front desk staff friendlier and more attentive than my last couple of visits. If any downside to say about my stay at all, it is the absence of a room cleaning service. They stopped providing regular room cleaning service, which I think is acceptable for people only staying 1-2 nights. However, I found it a bit odd not to have this service when my family and I spent a total of 5 nights with them."

"Stayed for 1 night at a double room in 802. The room was pretty clean except for the carpet. It was stained, dirty and looks like it has not been deep cleaned in a while. The washroom was clean and had a bidet. Note: there is no TV"
