"Excellent location, in particular for Ueno park, zoo. Beautiful onsen on the top floor, excellent views of the city and park from the open air 14th floor onsen. Very nice family room, spacious with excellent shower."

"I booked a stay with breakfast included, but unfortunately, my husband and son got sick during our visit and couldn’t go down to eat. When I asked if I could take the food to our room, I was told it wasn’t allowed, so we couldn’t use the breakfast at all. Based on this experience, I would suggest to future guests not to include breakfast when booking. There are often better meal options outside the hotel, and if needed, you can always pay for breakfast later. This situation left me disappointed...

"5mins walk to train station and lots of eateries around"

"The location is excellent! There is skylines, Metro, JR all within 10 mins walking. The Ueno park is one of the best experience- world class! Breakfast is going. All the staffs are great and helpful. The onsen is a big plus. The only down side is the breakfast restaurant is small but it works. The rooms are small but it is expected in Tokyo. "

"I’ve stayed at this property before and enjoy its convenience. The staff at the front desk were very kind and always willing to help. I was surprised that when I did ask the room to be made up it wasn’t done very throughly, some of the garbage was left behind. This location is great because it’s right above a train station of a main connecting line so you can get anywhere quickly. Having Komeda Coffee downstairs as well as a Rox Shopping Mall nearby is extremely convenient too."
