"About a 15-minute walk from Asakusa and a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station is where Palace Japan Hotel is located. The neighborhood is Showa era and on the quiet side. The hotel reminds me of an older motel (well maintained). The staff very welcoming and the bathrooms/showers clean! The room is dated, however it’s a room all to yourself and bonuses include: a small fridge, a large window, and television (stuck on Japanese language lol). "It was nice stay, employees are nice and helpful. Just be aware that dooms and hotel in general runs towards the small size , I believe most of the places in Japan are the same in general, but to me it was a bit of a surprise. The best thing about this hotel is it is close by the metro station and close to a very nice shopping area. "
