"Front desk clerk was terrible. Arrived at hotel he told me to wait for 20 min before he can check me in. Then told me I couldn’t get the room that I paid for. The whole time he was on FaceTime with someone. Never had such bad customer service at a hotel. The morning staff were professional and easy to work with."

"It was such a nice friendly, cozy winter escape. The cookies and tea were a nice treat! My 7 year old and I ate cookies and played Battleship from the quaint games cabinet. It was a fun winter escape for my daughter and I. Will definitely come back!"

"We booked a last minute room here as we were snowboarding at Palisades. 15 mins away with no traffic (about 25 in the traffic at 4-5pm). The room had a bedroom with a king bed and a sofa in the main room. It just fit my family of 5, but with 2 teens on the sofa pullout and my 9yo daughter in the king bed with us. Overall, it functioned well enough for a great price. It's next door to Safeway, CVS, and many food options, which was convenient when it snowed heavily and didn't want to drive. The Mountain slice pizza (2 minute walk) was 5 star delicious! And the lake was 5 mins walk away with other fancy restaurants nearby. All in all, the inn was a great find! The front office staff Taylor did a great job checking us in (early!) and helped us with everything we needed. She deserves 5 stars! "
