"Great location, reception were friendly and helpful on arrival and the room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The pool area was really nice, but too chilly to stay and lounge. Reception there was a little abrupt and overheard staff discussing "that Asian bloke who was here" which was distasteful. Refused a dining table at first on the Sun evening, went to reception and they were happy to book us on for 8pm? Meal was good but then had somebody else's coffees on our bill. Second night...

"Overall it was an enjoyable experience. however the view from the room window itself was terrible bins and rundown back of building. The sink and some tiles on floor were both cracked. It had clean bed. and I liked separate sleeping room for daughter. the restaurant was timeless classic. It had beautiful bar area and nice pool. grounds were fantastic. "
