"ホテルは新しくて清潔感はありました。スタッフの対応も良かった。 残念だったのはテレビで日本の放送が一切見れない事。せめてNHKの日本語放送を見られるようにして欲しい。 それとトイレにはウオッシュレットが欲しい。 洗浄用のシャワー(?)は付いていますが、日本人には馴染みがなく使い難い。 全体としてには価格の割に良いかなって感じですから、また利用したいと思っています。 ただ、私の場合は寝るだけの目的でしたから、カップルや旅行を楽しむといった方にはお勧めできないかな。"

"You get what you pay for here. Cheap hotel means insects and creatures in the room. Mediocre facilities. It’s decent for a short stay (couple of hours) but if you’re staying longer I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"I find the hotel quite disappointing. The taxi driver who took me to the hotel told me that it's quite a new hotel so I was quite surprised that the room I stayed in has shown a lot of age. I booked a room with one double bed. The room itself is very small. There wasn't much space left between the bed and the wall. The room itself was clean but very minimally decorated. It wasn't the cheapest hotel around so I think the price it has asked for is expensive for what I got."

"Check in was slow because the rooms were not ready (although we arrived way past 2.00 pm) and we were only given an extra bed on the 2nd day. The rest were ok - breakfast aplenty and kitchen staff were very helpful. Perfect location (public transport just across the hotel). Will stay again for sure."

"Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything. All small...
