"Our room was not ready when we arrived at 21:30, so we had to wait almost 10 minutes. We weren't walk-in guest, so they should've prepared the room for our arrival, especially at night. Otherwise, the room was clean, but had no window."

"Absolutely loved staying here on our last night in Bali. We had a suite/ villa with our own pool. The room and amenities provided were amazing we literally had everything we needed. They staff were very friendly and helpful with anything needed. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was extremely nice and welcoming as well. 10/10 must stay here. We will definitely be coming back and staying more nights next time! Thank you to the family at 18 suite villa loft in Kuta! "

"This was a horrible hotel stay, there wasn't even hand soap and the room smell. The room we booked was still under construction and there was no management on site. Super nosy so it ruin our Bali experience. Our group of girls had our rooms split and I learned that we over paid. There were so many other hotel room on the same street to rent for a cheaper deal, not under construction and was cleaner. I would never go back nor recommend anyone to this hotel. "I stayed for 10 days at @Hom Horizon Kudus. I stayed with my father. During my stay there, the staffs are very friendly; however, when it comes to service, they're very slow and the room seems dirty. They didn't change my bed sheets or pillow cases who knows for how long. I noticed that the stain on the sheet was still there, they just made the bed but didn't change the sheets. And I asked for another towel (my 2 towels were dirty and wet), they said I can only have 2 towels per day for 2 people...
