"I loved my room! It was an awesome experience having a private pool and the loft style with 2 floors! Loved it! I slept well in the bed and loved the tub and shower. It was a little noisy but if I was in my room with the air on it was fine! I had my ear plugs when I was downstairs in the pool or lying around in the living room. I totally enjoyed the staff and great customer service! I will be back!"

"This was a horrible hotel stay, there wasn't even hand soap and the room smell. The room we booked was still under construction and there was no management on site. Super nosy so it ruin our Bali experience. Our group of girls had our rooms split and I learned that we over paid. "I stayed for 10 days at @Hom Horizon Kudus. I stayed with my father. During my stay there, the staffs are very friendly; however, when it comes to service, they're very slow and the room seems dirty. They didn't change my bed sheets or pillow cases who knows for how long. I noticed that the stain on the sheet was still there, they just made the bed but didn't change the sheets. And I asked for another towel (my 2 towels were dirty and wet), they said I can only have 2 towels per day for 2 people...
