"Stayed here for my business trip, location wise it is convenient to explore Surabaya west area. Room is clean and spacious, they have a really wide range of variations for breakfast buffet and they all taste good and authentic for the local options. All the staffs are nice, friendly and helpful, from the front office, restaurant even housekeeping."

"This hotel was recommended to me. I got a good rate and the propery pitures looked good. From the moment i walked in it was obvious this was a quality hotel. Top quality service from start to finish. I was offer an upgrade for $50/night, i decided to take it since i was only staying 2 nights. "Staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and provided great service. We dined in the restaurant one evening. The food was good but limited choice for healthy options. There are two supermarkets locally which at it was easy to get a Grab Car from here to explore. Hotel also helped us with booking a trip to Bromo and to watch the sunrise at King Kong Hill which was amazing. Great hotel for what we needed and helpful that staff had a good understanding of English. "

"Really nice hotel. Rooms are good. Staff were all really super friendly and helpful. My only negative point was the prices in the hotel coffee shop. A beer was probably 3 times the cost of a bar outside so it felt like you were being ripped off to support the hotel and its staff."

"There were hiccups because most of the staff didn't speak English. Our room wasn't cleaned, probably due to an oversight. But staff were generally pleasant and helpful. The resort and nearby safari park are beautiful. The safari was very well designed with the lions and tigers kept in enclosed areas without visible bars, while zebras and deer could mingle with the vehicles coming into their area. "

"Always love staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya. Located in the nice neighborhood of Tunjungan street, it is very convenient to walk around. All the staffs are friendly, from the security greeting you at the gate at the lobby. Room ais lways nice with the best smell amenities that they have. Breakfast is amazing, with local delicacies and authentic flavours. One minus experience is just the TV signal is not really good, so it oftens lose signal in mid-streaming for 1-2 minutes and you can't nicely follow the story. But overall stay experience is really good and nice, will definitely come back again "
