"The location is good just in front of Tunjungan Mall. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff was unable to detect our booking even tho i showed him of the expedia booking ref no. The hotel staffs didnt do their job in preparing the day bookings prior to the guest arrival...it took about 20mins of our time when we arrived late at night from malang...tired and sleepy"

Room is clean and spacious, they have a really wide range of variations for breakfast buffet and they all taste good and authentic for the local options. "The room wasn't cleaned properly. The staff was good, they were honest. My brother left his iPad when we checked out. The same evening I received a phone call saying that I might left something in the room. I was impressed. Thank you very much especially for the staff who found it. "Really nice hotel. Rooms are good. Staff were all really super friendly and helpful. My only negative point was the prices in the hotel coffee shop. A beer was probably 3 times the cost of a bar outside so it felt like you were being ripped off to support the hotel and its staff."
