"For a simple check in, we had to wait quite long. Then the water inside the room is brown and small flow, the heater does work even work too much so that we had to take a shower with the water like coming from hell (too much hot water). The temperature of the water couldn't be adjusted to normal temperature. Even if the location is good, I think there are still other better budget decent hotels at the same location. I will not come back here next time."

"The JW never disappoints. From the pick up to the drop off we were impressed. The check in was easy and the employees could not have been more helpful. The room was huge. We had a fabulous dinner at Uppercut which is deserving of all its awards. Fabulous all the way around. "

"Lovely hotel, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Staff are efficient and friendly. Must try the coffee and tea at the lobby cafe, they're amazing! Only improvement I hope the hotel will make is on the in-room toiletries but that's a small matter."
