"We have stayed here several times over the years & it’s always beautiful. Our room this time was SUPER crowded. Way too much furniture. It was also snowing and there was no attempt to have the parking lot or surrounding areas plowed or shoveled. The front sidewalk and drop off area at a minimum should have been cleared of snow and ice. "

"Our non-smoking room was in need of repair with peeling paints/molded bathroom. Both queen beds had strong smoking odor. 3 out of 4 times that we came out of the room, we ran into smokers congregating in the parking lot a few feet from our door."
