"Very nice, except for the bathroom in our room. Had to take the lid off the toilet tank to untangle the flapper to stop the water running. The toilet itself was ridiculously low (i.e., cheap), it should be ADA height. Bathroom fan was ineffective and incredibly noisy. A little more money spent during the last remodel would have made a huge difference."

"Staff was especially helpful. Did their utmost to make limited ammenities available. Attention to detail in room and drinks available 24/7 in lobby. Small, older place in remote town outside of Crater Lake - you can walk the length of the town in 15-20 minutes. 2 of the 3 restaurants in town were closed on the day we were there (Monday&Tuesday closed). Mexican restaurant was at South end of the street and very good."

"Our non-smoking room was in need of repair with peeling paints/molded bathroom. Both queen beds had strong smoking odor. 3 out of 4 times that we came out of the room, we ran into smokers congregating in the parking lot a few feet from our door."
